ObtainSocials Terms and Policies Agreement for Advertisers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up and using ObtainSocials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Policies. ObtainSocials reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Advertiser Content Guidelines

• Tasks must comply with the policies of the social media platforms on which they are performed (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Tasks should not contain or promote pornography, violence, illegal activities, hate speech, discriminatory content, or any other content that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
• ObtainSocials reserves the right to reject or remove any tasks that violate these guidelines or may harm the reputation of the platform.

3. Liability

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that the tasks they provide comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the content guidelines of social media platforms. ObtainSocials is not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal claims that arise from the use of your tasks.

4. Payment and Service Fees

Advertisers agree to pay the fees associated with their campaigns as set by ObtainSocials. These fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been processed and tasks have been allocated to users. In the event of a dispute, ObtainSocials will mediate, but we reserve the right to make the final decision.

5. Task Approval

ObtainSocials reserves the right to review and approve all tasks before they are live on the platform. This ensures compliance with our guidelines and those of the social media platforms.

ObtainSocials Terms and Policies Agreement for Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up and participating in tasks on ObtainSocials, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Policies. You also accept that these terms may change from time to time and that it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

2. Earning Points

• Tasks must be completed accurately according to the provided instructions.
• Evidence (screenshots, links, or any other required proof) must be submitted to verify task completion.
• Points will be credited to your account only upon the successful review and approval of your task by ObtainSocials.

3. Evidence of Completion

All tasks require evidence of completion. Failure to provide valid evidence will result in the forfeiture of points for that task. ObtainSocials reserves the right to reject any submissions deemed incomplete or non-compliant with the task requirements.

4. Point Redemption

Accumulated points can be redeemed for monetary rewards or other benefits, as specified by ObtainSocials. The platform reserves the right to set the exchange rate between points and rewards, which may change periodically.

5. Code of Conduct

• Only complete tasks that comply with social media platform rules.
• Do not engage in fraudulent activity, such as using fake accounts or submitting false evidence.
• Respect the community by avoiding any form of harassment, offensive behavior, or abuse of the system.

6. Termination of Account

ObtainSocials reserves the right to terminate your account or revoke your points if you are found to be in violation of any of these policies or if fraudulent activity is detected.
